Cabin-safe interior labelling - Aerospace Tier 1
A UK Tier 1 aerospace customer required a low-smoke, flame-retardant cabin labelling programme to an EN 9100 release pack. Southern engineered the material specification, produced against scheduled call-off, and supplied each batch with full traceability documentation. Result: zero rejections, ongoing schedule.
UDI device labelling - Class II medical device
A medical device manufacturer needed GS1-compliant UDI labelling on an autoclave-survivable substrate for a Class II device. Southern selected the substrate, developed the artwork against the GS1 format, and put the programme on scheduled production with per-lot traceability documentation.
Rail rolling-stock data plates - Rail OEM
A rail OEM required permanent rolling-stock data plates specified for a 20year service life. Anodised aluminium, photochemically etched, supplied with material traceability – fitted to the fleet on schedule and warrantied against the operating environment.
Component traceability - Aerospace OEM
Per-part serialisation programme covering several thousand parts a month. Sequential identifiers, lot-recorded artwork, EN 9100 release pack with each delivery.
Sterile-pack identification - Medical packaging
Low-residue, sterilisation-compatible labelling for sterile pack identification. Adhesive system specified to remove cleanly at point of use, with no residue on the device.
